Problems with running the mod?
For all of you still having problems running this mod; I'm afraid I don't have any proper solutions for you. Codewise, the mod should be perfectly fine, so the trouble must originate from elsewhere. Since it appears to be working for most people, the only things I can recommend is the following:

1. Unsubscribe and resubscribe to this mod, this will redownload the whole mod. May want to do that with TNO proper as well, but that's up to you.
2. In your \Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV folder, delete the following folders: cache, .launcher-cache, dumps, exceptions, logs, playlists, shadercache. This MAY help, and don't worry, these folders will be recreated by the game.
3. When in the Paradox Launcher, go to "Manage Mods", and on the top right, you'll see a sorting tool, next to the icon of the magnifying glass; Change this to "Z...A". Again, this MAY help, but I can't guarantee it.
4. From AfterlifeBarista: If anyone has the same problem, you have to make the music mod load BEFORE TNO. You can do this by making a custom modlist with the Paradoxos Mod Manager, and putting WALTZ in #1, and TNO in #2. Or by manually changing the name of the music mod and adding a 0, a 1, or a symbol in the beggining.

Feel free to let me know if any of those worked. At any rate, there's an update coming today with more tracks and reworked shuffle weights, perhaps that does something to help the situation. Paradox code, go figure.

While none of these worked, I made some experiments with the mod to see where it may be failing. Through this I discovered there wasn't anything wrong at all with your mod itself, but rather the error lies in how TNO might be overwriting it? For example, Waltz works without a flaw in Vanilla HoI4, and even in Kaiserreich, Red Flood, and Millenium Dawn. TNO is literally the only mod on my modlist that somehow overwrites the Waltz.

Gonna test with the manual download of TNO now. But so far it seems like some conflict between this and the main mode (which is hilarious). Great work anyways, and thanks!

EDIT: Manual doesn't work either.

EDIT 2: FIXED. If anyone has the same problem, you have to make the music mod load BEFORE TNO. You can do this by making a custom modlist with the Paradoxos Mod Manager, and putting WALTZ in #1, and TNO in #2. Or by manually changing the name of the music mod and adding a 0, a 1, or a symbol in the beggining.

Ah yes, thanks for checking it out; We figured internally that the problem is with load orders as well, but couldn't figure out a solution. The music mod has a dependency for TNO which is SUPPOSED to make the music mod load after TNO proper, but that's Paradox code for you. The weirdest thing is of course how the mod works for some people but not for everyone.

I'll add your solution to the opening post, thanks again.

Glad to be of help, and yes, the only way I could describe Pdox modding in general is "esoteric" at best. I know that Stellaris mods circunvent the same issue by adding a "!" at the beggining of their names so the launcher is tricked into loading them first. This could be a solution, although crude.

It's so strange, I have a laptop and a computer. I usually use my laptop as my home computer is used by my family. It only works on the family computer and not my laptop so its torture having to have like a hour each day to play. I don't know if its something wrong with my laptop or that the home computer is just faster?

TNO won't work for my laptop I reinstalled it and it still is having errors complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Is the mod not compatible with Mr Goering's wild ride?

Don't see why it wouldn't be compatible, though I don't know what the mod does that might break it.

Unfortunately you can't change the load orders anymore, they're fixed for HOI4
