My admin and military techs are capped at 32 but my diplomatic tech isn't, did I break something with a mod or will the techs uncap at some point? I really don't want to start over.

Edit: NOOOOOOOOO WHY DIDNT I LISTEN TO TO MOD MAKER! IM SUCH A FOOL! I've wasted so much time only to have to restart because my dumbass thought "Don't use any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mods with this." was an SUGGESTION! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
