Can you revive cultures
I playing as the Egyptian religion Fatimids in 1166, i wanted to revive the Egyptian culture and make it my primary culture over Egyptian Arab so i could be a more pure Egypt, but they have no provinces of the original culture i can see and i cant revert culture in my provinces back to it.

You can not revive cultures that are already dead by the date you start at.

Console commands, my guy. Other than that there's no possiblity I think.

Only if you have cossacks through the revert to previous culture option, and the culture died while you played. so if you started off on your chosen date and it was already dead it doesn't work.
