I started as siciliy on the 1206 start date but I'm having some issues with my ideas. You start (in 1206) with early religious ideas, Early trade ideas and Early offensive ideas. But I can't unlock the bonuses in these ideas. I have max power but I still can't select them and there is nothing telling me how much power I need. Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this but I've worked pretty hard on this save game and I don't know what the issue is. I have screenshots.
