Quest for the New World
Quest for the New World isn't showing up as an idea for me. Does anyone know why?

I assume that is because your tech level is too low. If you are playing before 1444, it will become available later.

Do you know at which tech level? Or is it as soon as the year hits 1444.

It's the tech level that unlocks your fifth idea slot.
