Salic Monarchy

So I am playing as Britannia (refusing to go Christian ftw) and I am not sure if I should reform my government as I don't want to get the Salic Monarchy and have my country explode every other ruler... Is there a way around it (I am on ironman so I cannot use console commands)

There is no way to guarantee your country won't split under Salic monarchy, so if you don't want to risk it, don't reform to Salic monarchy.
