Hi. here i thought of starting(i hope this topic was not used somewhere before yet) about some monarchs that i believe have been "nerfed". for example:
Why are Alexios I Komnenos and Manuel I Komnenos only 3/2/4? just asking...
Sure, they were not Caesar reborn, and lost some battles, therefor 4 on military sounds about right.
But for Alexios, 2 to diplomacy? why? diplomacy was what got him to beat the normans, the pechenegs and regain a third of Anatolia. why only 2? i find it off, and a bit of an anti-byzantine. :(

And Manuel managed to vassalize the entire Hungarian Kingdom, which isn't shown on the map, as well as Antioch(again, not shown). diplomatically i find a factor of 2 very low for them.
