Im playing england in 1324 and everything was fine until i started getting some civilian risings around the country. I had modern day norway, half of sweden, and iceland. I took care of the rebellions but i started getting the "administrative failure" event that removes all cores. I have +3 stability 5 Prestige, 35 legitamacy. I recored everything but shortly after it instantly revoked my cores again. Whenever i recore it automatically revokes it.
