So, somehow, provinces changed to Orthodox, but Catholicism didnt appear, Chalcedonian remained. Papal States appeared once but got eaten by Italy. I got bored, used console commands, changed Rome's religion to Catholic, and spawned Papal State again. But according to the schism event, Rome should be Chalcedonian for it to fire.
