My technologies are bugged. Admin and diplo are okay, but military tech is capped at 32, like in the vanilla base game. What happens is everyone gets + 0.50 yearly corruption due to the unbalanced research. Not only that, the military technology has not been modified at all, meaning everyone gets artillery, level 8 forts, 40 combat width, etc from the beginning. Is this a bug or a feature?
