Monuments/Cultures

Hey there,
I cant build several monuments, because the cultures needed are completely missing? Which means I cant even choose them from the list on the right, cause they dont exist?

I would assume this is because certain cultures stopped existing throughout historical time. I.e. "Roman" wouldnt exist after the fall of Rome 100s of years later. Thus the monuments are just going to be there as ruins. Unusable because theyre the relics of a long dead culture/society.

You are not meant to be able to use every monument in the same game. Some have very hard requirements from some start dates.
