Consistent technology advances and Empires for ET v 1.1.

Due to the enormous time span of ET, the technology of most tech groups is always more or less equal (and boring). This tries to fix that.

Primitive technology:
There is normally a fixed year for the ahead of time penalty, and that is the same for all countries. This mod changes that by adding a second limit to the technological advancement of primitive nations. In the classical era, it is barely noticeable, but as time goes on the gap will grow, up to 15 / 20 points behind western countries.

Modernization, advanced indian, chinese and muslim tech (deprecated)

Realistic empires, Decadence disaster for large empires (integrated)

Claim mandate of heaven and dynamic chinese dynastic tags (integrated)

Extract the file using 7zip or similar, put all the contents in "Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod\", then select the mod from the launcher.

Updated: fixed some bugs and included a modified version of Ninking's Dynamic Ideas.

This sounds great. Have you spoken about the mod author about incorporating it into the main mod? Realistic empires & the tech changes sound too good.

I think this is a great idea and you are great dude.
I just booted the game and started a playtrough and Han dosent seem to have the mandade of heaven and there are huge nationalist revolts.

Just checked and Han does have the mandate of heaven and 0 unrest everywhere. Did you start at the 58 bookmark?
Do u have any other sub mods besides this and the ww2/coldwar mods?

Replaced dynamic tech groups with Advanced tech groups (which is the same, but different, but still same).
Renamed westernization to modernization.

Chinese dynastic tags change along with the ruling dynasty (mostly).

As an early western tech group I modernized using an advanced chinese nation before 1444. Went through the whole process and at the end got the western tech group. Then an event fires putting me back into the early western tech group.
Working as intended?

I play a custom barbarian tech group nation that used the decision to switch to early western on ADM Lvl 19 if that has any influence on modernization.
