I noticed that Development cost of a province shot up after the last EU4 patch. Most of the increase came from army tradition. I disabled all the DLCs and this didn't help. I tried to disable this mod (the only one I use) but couldn't because the saves would not load without this mod enable (crash to desktop). I rolled the EU4 version back to 1.31.0 and disabled all DLCs and that didn't help. I could not again disable this mod to load a save game without crashing. I then started new games in EU4 version 1.31.0. With all DLCs and mod disabled, army tradition bug was gone. I re enabled all DLCs, the bug was still not there. But when I enabled this mod, the bug appeared. Is there a way where I can roll back the version of this mod to pre 1.32.xx?
