So i started a campaign as rashidun and did all the conquering but then i started getting the empire collapsing chain? -200 force limit

Destroyed my country and seemingly nothing to do about it

And when i read up on the modifier people are saying this is a modifier for rome collapsing and other great powers who died out. But rashiduns have the "first fitna" disaster to cover their collapse so im just wondering why the hell i got that modifier
