how do I change gas colour?
I also nead to know how to make large amout of gas fast and the name of the map in photoes of the mod

To my memory, you cannot change the gas color without modifying GChem (source engine particle effects cannot be modified in LUA, you would have to create a particle effect for possible color), set off a bunch of gas canisters or bombs to create lots of gas, and for the map names, check the pinned "Addons used in screenshots" discussion
