Please read the Mod description carefully. For any potential bug you might have, a mod-list and paste.bin link to your starbound.log is crucial.

I don't see it in the infinity express. Might this be a conflict with the portable outpost mod, which also adds stuff to the infinity express?

This works with FU and another mod (I think) that adds things to Infinity Express, so I don't think it is this mod. Not sure what the portable outpost mod does, but ION2 does the clean patch method to add items. You can see that inside the mod in the infinityexpress.object.patch file.
