Future plans for moyo 1.4
This is a WIP list of thoughts of potential content rework of the mod.

The reason why I'm posting this is to keep in touch with the people who are enjoying the mod. Since I can't work on the mod for quite some time, I thought that opening up future plans of the mod will at least show that I'm not done with the mod. Also, I will be looking ways to make a discord channel for you to talk and share ideas with me more freely.

Thank you to all the the fans enjoying the mod. Alright, now the the plans.

Plans for Moyo ver 1.4(WIP)
1. Deepblue 2.0 - Default deepblue production speed of Moyos will be set to 0 - You can initiate deepblue production by preparing tools of production - (Moyo) 'Deepblue sickness' will not affect capacity nor mood debuff BUT it will decrease the speed of deepblue production eventually stopping it - (Other races) 'Deep blues' will be changed to a progressive effect and be more potent both with its buff/debuff - (Other races) 'Deep blues' will have its effects changed because it is does not provide something noticable. Also can be merged with 'Deepblue dependency' or Deepblue tolrerance' 1-1. Moyo blood drawer - You can attach blood drawer to a Moyo, it will cause minor pain depending on the tier of the drawer and a mood debuff to the pawn -Basic blood drawer: 80% efficenccy/causes minor pain/mood debuff -Advanced blood drawer: 100% efficiency/causes minimal pain/mood debuff -Abysstech blood drawer: 100% efficiency/minor mood debuff/blood circulation +15% -Blueburster harvester: 100% efficiency/ +50% production amount/ serious pain and mood debuff 1-2. Moyo blood drawer bed -initiates deepblue production without penalties -Moyo can produce deepblue by sleeping on it(if blood drawer is not attached) -Blood drawing bed: initiates deepblue production, works as a medical bed -Abysstech blood drawing bed: initiates deepblue production, works as powerful medical bed 1-3. Deepblue station(reworked) -no longer need moyo heart for construction -no longer uses nutrition pack as fuel -now uses moyo biomass as fuel, made with 1 moyo heart and 50 moyo meat -moyo biomass will last for about 2 days while producing massive amount of deepblue(about 30 bloodbags) -default deepblue staion will be changed to biomass vat, moyo biomass is made here -large deepblue staion will be renamed deepblue station 2. Drug 2.0 -Blue haze: +30 mood, fills joy, rest fall speed decrease/ consiousness 80% -Sapphire meth: learning&work speed +25%/ hunger and rest falls rapidly -Morphi blue: aiming speed&melee dodge rate increase, pain decrease / rest falls rapidly -Sustainer lapis: bleeding speed 0%/ consiousness capped at 10%, pain and mood debuff after drug expires -Regene blue: healing&immune speed increase, pain decrease / consiousness 60% -Detoxer cobalt: removes toxic buildup, brief resistance to poison/ causes vomit and pain, sleep falls rapidly, mood debuff -Blueburst: unchanged -Aquamarine flow(new): social stats increase, beauty +1 / - -Harlequin abyss(new): removes various addiction/ removes positive mood drug effects, mental break threshhold decrease, heavy mood penalty -Penoxy blue(removed) -Clear azure(removed) -Abyssal blue medicine: replaces bluemed, same effectiveness with glitterworld medicine 3. Abysstech mechs -Abysstech mechs are of sophisticated design. With the lowest tier requiring warqueen to be beaten. They are generally expensive with high bandwidth but they can cover more areas of roles. -Hexapod: All-rounder mechanoid. Can do most of the dumb labor with its tentacles. Can't perform complex jobs since its not built for it. Due to its size, it also doubles as decent melee tank. Able to stangle enemies with its tentacle, lowering their movement and manipulation. -Cryogen hexapod: hexapod modified to use heavy cryoblaster, a cryoblaster with more 'freeze' power. Does the usual hexapod stuff too. -Ripper hexapod: hexapod modified with bladed tentacles. Its work efficiency has suffered but it can literally shred enemies in combat. -Meducipod: Complex job mechanoid. Its translucent tentacles each holds dozens of complex tools, making it fit for most complex jobs even being able to perform basic surgeries. But its lightweight chassi and tools are fragile, unfit for menial task. Its unwise to use it for combat, since its fragile and only has a medical needleshot for self defence. -Demolopod: Mining mechanoid capable of hauling and sapping. Equipped with a demolition charge launcher that deals devastating damage to buildings after a long cooldown. Its heavy chassi can take a lot of punishment and its mining claw is a formidable weapon. Its demolition charge can blow a large hole to a building or maim enemies severly if used properly. Downside of this mech is its movespeed, easily outmanuvered even to moyo standard. -Demolopod launcher: Its utility has been ripped away to serve as portable mortar platform. Able to lob demolition charges further over walls. -Prawnopod warrior: dedicated heavy combat mech, armed with a variant of abysstech charge Rifle. Best used as a frontline gunner, drawing fire away from colonists -Prawnopod balista: prawnopod warrior equipped with repeating balista, a dedicated weapon which fires faster than normal balista

All great ideas! I know it will be awhile before they are implemented, but looking forward to it regardless :)

Thank you for all your hard work on this mod, it's hands down my favorite race mod and I will eagerly await its return when it is reworked. ♥

In the meantime, have you considered making a xenotype version of the moyo for Biotech? I really miss them in my current playthrough :steamsad:

Top of the list should be shunting the the mod off the mohar framework and onto the 1.4 genetics system, genes for antennae, tail, and deepblue organ, make deepblue a sort of super-hemogen.

I think it would be cool to give the Moyos *some* ability to interact with the deepblue medication, rather than it just doing nothing

Can you elaborate on it? Cause Moyos does in some way interact with deepblue

If you read the full comment above, it says that the mod should move away from HAR, MoHAR and onto biotech.
Firstable, it can block the mod behind a paywall. Second, Im not used to biotech. So its difficult to say if the conversion is fully possible or not. Third, if Moyos can be made with biotech, it messes with the balance of deepblue. If everyone can produce or be immune to it, deepblue as a whole will be turned into mindless OP content. Which I dont like one bit.

Although, it does not mean that I wont be thinking about biotech stuffs. Most likely it would be a genemodding stuff inbetween Moyos. Say like genemodding Moyo into Red Moyo? If the author of the mod agrees on it. But one thing is sure, I will never make a deepblue producing or immunizing gene for other races.

I for one absolutely agree with you on the mindless OP stuff and am glad you think that way. Moyo is by far my favourite race mod, and having deepblue production as a gene is not a good idea. I always thought the old system was great, and having read your ideas about the blood drawers and the drawer bed is a great upgrade to the old "have some deepblue extracted when 100%" in my opinion.

Anyways, I am excited to see where you go with this mod.

Rights are on me, since I am the one who drew it. About the youtube banner, I am hesitant about it. Since banners are one of the thing that decides a channel's image.

How about make moyos' ability to be an Archite gene or a can't copy gene, that might be desolve the question of transfer gene to ordinary people.
