Not much of a mod, but we need a working mod launcher with conflict detection and mergin mods function :P

@Theamson Thanks for the idea but it has mostly already been done. I personally don't use it (yet, possibly lol) but if you're interested I'll drop a link for it below:

Thanks! But this one is sadly outdated and doest work anymore. Still usefull for Conflict Detection!

For a very long time I've been wanting to be able to finish my games by cleaning up the galaxy and beginning a new "cycle" - so, the ability to "seed primitives" on planets to allow fresh empires to appear would be fantastic. (I'm aware you can make vassals but they start with your tech level which is counterintuitive.) The ability to dismantle megastructures and habitats would also be amazing, or a mechanic where abandoned ones just decay after a time.

More types of diplomatic actions and expand the original ones, or a new Money mechanic to buy ships to another empire, trade resources etc, (changing the EC (energy credits) to a energetic resource more than money) you could make money with taxes, trade with other empires (with original trade or international trade routes) pillaging other planets, war reparations, subject taxes etc.

I think is a good life quality idea (But I don't know if its too big -w-")

@Pkingtiger Yes, it certainly does seems a little big but I'll sure give it a shot. As it's quite the undertaking, I expect it to take longer than the last proposition. Therefore, considering I have to do the other mod and updates, It should be out (as a new mod) on the 3rd of September ish. Again, I'll notify you on this discussion by a tag or something. A Simpler request from me, could you make a mod that allows Gestalts to build, rebuild and restore ecumenopolis? This would more likely involve messing around with decisions and ascension perks, maybe even terraforming allow checks.

And another question is why are you just going about modding requests in Stellaris?

@Dr. Lopunny Sure, I think that shouldn't be a problem. I'll get it done after the other two mods as soon as I can. As for your other question, you see my friend, this is how I roll lol. If I can help and make something that people would want, I don't see why not :).

I would love the concept of using Pops for recruiting armies... Immersive & realistic i would say. Would make fights with armies more interesting und would also prevent from spamming since armies are quite cheap... who needs minerals anyway :P

@Theamson Ohh yea :P, everything will be balanced as much as it can be of course. It'll probably have to be tweaked a couple times but it'll be fine, I'm sure... Hopefully XD.
