Running on server

hey iam trying to run vindicta on server but i cant really host it
like i can see the mission on maps and i can start it and it starts to load but then iam stuck in waiting for a host...
any idea what to do with it?

how you hoting it on local PC or dedicated using arma tools?

dedicated i kinda solved it problem was with low ram (pushed it from 3 to 5 gb ram)
i still get waiting for host but it actually loads instead of droping after a few minutes
