Map not showing up?
The map simply doesn't show up in my addons list or map list, what can I do to fix this?

Make sure you subscribed to the addon, the map is called "gm_te_windtunnel" and it will show up in the sandbox category. You can also use console command "map gm_te_windtunnel".
