Seemingly at random times I load up a save file and the mod will not allow me to build buildings. Say I put down a fishing village, first of its kind for said city, when complete it simply will not open up the sub menu for the buildings to be placed. Even when I have fishing villages in other cities with all building tiers built, but the newest village will only stay at base and not allow hunting lodges or the sorts. Anyone else getting this?
