For example, your Gardevoir character (i didnt know you made this character too. nice!) has pretty strong attacks, but they do lack range and the startup is too long for most of her attacks, but on the other hand, she has the nspecial projectile, useful for edgeguarding and zoning opponents away, and the fspecial projectile, for reflecting other projectiles and finishing off opponents (so good when you hit them trying to recover and then you fair them down to the blast zone). She also has some pretty decent combos when up close.
I'm not saying you SHOULD add a gimmick like that to her (not saying it wouldn't be interesting too lol), but I'd say make the hitboxes of some attacks bigger, like her tilts, some of her aereals and her dstrong, and lower the startup of some attacks like her nspecial.
Speaking of her nspecial, I'd make it a frontflip instead of a backflip. Also I don't really see any usefulness on this attack. There's not really much difference in the fast and slow versions of this attack, it's pretty punishable, its hitbox doesn't last very long and is quite small, and some attacks can actually go through this attack very easily.
also why does her back air faces forward.
Overall, this character feels pretty clunky. It doesn't have many options in like, the entirety of the match, and her lack of range or a projectile or anything, doesn't help at all. I could see Lopunny as a type of rushdown character, since, y'know, it's a bunny, but these issues I mentioned earlier simply makes it impossible. But I guess a few buffs could make this character actually pretty decent.
