Hounds

Does anyone have problem with the dogs? Hound rounds are really stupid the third time i get into hound round its like 30.40 hounds 90% of them just spawn in front of me and block me as hell and they are faster than light plz nerf it or just remove it from the map. the map is totally perfect but this thing ruin it.
