Norwegians?
how does adding some Norwegian towns and Resistance armies sound? as they where critical in disrupting Axis supply lines in Finland, and fun fact in 1945 they almost caused a war between the Soviet union and Sweden as they had helped the Germans during operation Barbarossa. the Soviets even Bombed Stockholm once.

yea the swedes let german soldiers into their country use their rail ways and they sold them lots of supplies.

yep, and thats why norway almosts declared war on sweden together with the soviet union in 1947
