So I clicked the 25% chance for uninhabitable modifiers when i started my game, and it seems all of the uninhabitable planets are close to mine for some reason. I can't colonize anything.

Before I quit the game and restart, I was wondering what the modifier name is and if i can disable it through the console for some of the planets, and which command to use.
