Planets

Ok I am playing the empire and I have sooo many planets. I have tried to look at the sectors menu but there is nothing there (cannot create sectors). I do not know if this is a bug or not but I am approaching the 50 planet mark and I would like to have a little assistance with managing them.

As an update I can turn on planetary automation but then I get the message saying that automation stockpile is low... I click on it and go to the menu but it does not allow me to see automated planets or add anything to the stockpile (I click the plus and the only option is zero).
