Wont launch with mod

Game is fully updated, all expansions installed and enabled, mod subscribed, installed, and enabled. Game will not launch the mod, it just launches as vanilla Stellaris every time.

WHAT am I doing wrong?

delete the .modfiles in the modfolder of stellaris and open up the launcher and start again. the launcher will create those automatically. Let us know if its working :)
