Cloud City / Asteroid Base problems
Cloud City: I have several gas giants, with mining stations, and without, but the Cloud City option doesnt work on them.

Asteroid Base: The indicator for this is much too small to be useful. Needs to be increased in size 20x or so at maximum zoomout in system map.

Do the gas giants have Tibana Gas on them? it only works with Tibana gas resource attached to a Gas Giant.

I figured it out. You need to destroy the mining outpost, and have the required 100 influence and 7500 Alloy, un-pause the game for a few "days", select the constructor and then right click the gas giant. There might be some lag due to the size of the map so be patient. Then click build mega-structure and select the gas giant. Be aware that this effectively colonized the gas giant and you will need minerals to build Districts to mine the gas. So it will take some time to get the gas production up to what it was originally. Plan appropriately.
