Components of the secondary hull

It really doesn't say which color is for which bonuses. I mean these colors aren't explained like weapon colors? I'd like to know what kind of components are orange, red blue and green components? Is some of them aura components or are them always only for one ship?

no its totally messed up :-/ normally red is tactical and orange engineering but there are some exceptions like the targeting system is engineering at the moment, very confusing. far as i´ve seen they only work for the ship itself and the auras like tractor etc. are always in the big last slot right side.
