tibanna gas - cloud city- how?where?when?
I can´t find a suitable spot for building a cloud city :-(

First i thought i need terraforming tech because the description is a bit confusing, it tells you that it´s built inside a terraformed pocket of sort inside a gas giant..but i cant terraform a gas giant into something different even with terrestial sculping.

Is it a bug or am i missing something?

If you have a system with a gas giant that has a tibanna deposit, you should be able to build it there. However, you can't build it if you have a mining station already at that location. If that's what you're running into-

1) Dismantle the mining station.
2) Select your construction ship and hit the Build Megastructure button.
3) The gas giant with tibanna deposit should light up, allowing you to select it.

I think you can also right-click on the gas giant but I don't remember offhand.

It was indeed the already built mining station on the gas giant that blocked it :-D
