Housing
I am having a housing shortage on some of my planets. I have built a residence and maxed out the number of city districts. Is there a way to get more housing?

I know that the garrison also gives 1 housing, but since it also adds another job, that's no improvement.

It seems a bit strange to me that we are limited to one residence per planet, given the number of building slots available.

Decisions give you more districts which, in turn, can be used on more city districts or other districts that provide housing.

Move excess pops to a tomb world, leave them there, forget about them. Housing problem solved!

Just move your pops to your nearby Ecumenopolis to actually get a value out of them.

Other than that, there are a few techs/traditions that increases City Districts's housing, but I'm pretty sure you've probably already unlocked these.
