Can we turn off asteroid bases/cloud cities?

Your current design contains errors (or uses features from disabled DLC's) that must be resolved. before continuing

I get this issue on all the large empires like the Galactic Empire, the CIS, The galactic Republic, etc I can't edit them or change stuff so I can't start a singleplayer game.

Ensure you have all other mods turned off, ideally put SW:FR in another playset as sometimes the new launcher likes to pretend they're still active.
