Uneti Sapling bugged?
I've tried using the Uneti Sapling Decision multiple times, but nothing has happened, except for an additional ? icon appearing on valid worlds stating that a sapling can be planted there...

Just wanting to confirm if this is bugged, or do I have to wait for some event to trigger?

Just thought I'd add that the choice to use the sapling as a symbol works fine as is: it gives your empire a +10% pop growth rate on all planets, so if you do the quest at the moment that's an option that works as intended.

I managed to plant it. I planted it on a planet with no building on it Mantoone.
