Federation/Alliance fleets?
Hey, loving this mod so far. Thank you for all the hard work devs! However i was playing a rebels run, managed to get a decent federation/collation, I have taken control of it, golden rule ;). However i finally activated the federation fleet because empire was coming and the only inner core i had left was a very besieged Alderan! But i cant find a way into the federation fleet designer, or anything like that. Anyone know if it was deactivated on purpose or somthing?

Also somthing else i am having trouble finding how to make rebel outposts on other planets, i had assumed it would be like a megacorp but nope the outpost button is grayed out.

Alliance fleets have been disabled on purpose, because of every factions having different designs

The laws for them are still there atm, because they were supposed to be changed for something else for release, but.. well, it wasn't...

As long as you have the mega-corp dlc it works just like vanilla, although i think it's tied to the Institutions also

Yeah i am trying to make them, and i do have mega corps enabled, it just says i dont have the right civics or somthing. Mind you i rather randomly became the rebel alliance, just saw a few events and suddenly my tag was changed. Not sure what went wrong, maybe ti was because i was at war with the empire when the civil war event poped?
