No Starbase Upgrades by AI?
I played two matches on Grand Admiral and in both matches the AI only upgraded their starbases to level 1. Is this a bug?
It's a litte bit disappointing because the game is way to easy with you having your starbases on upgrade 5 (firepower > 150k) and the ai with starbases on level 1 (firepower > 12k). Nevertheless... thx for the great mod!!
