i believe that you need to start with hugslib before putting core then the core then harmony than the rest

So here is mine, which works even without a single error message in the debug log. I got kind of lazy noting them down, most of them I noted down correctly, all those vanilla factions expanded are v factions e x2 etc.
P.S. You can add on RimWar, Empire and Hospitality at the end without a problem
