2.0 Update locks players out of old facilities
I stored EVERYTHING in the nanite facility (because it seemed too dumb to notice 50k steel plates in attached cargo and kept creating more) and now with the update to 2.0 all of my materials have been sealed away with no warning.

https://imgur.com/2t4lNVx Take a look at the mass/liters inside the "OLD Nanite Facility". Obviously there's stuff in there that the game won't let me use.

Great update.

I am looking into this issue, has not occured for me before, nor the other testers to my knowledge

Seems this happened because my client updated my local mod without the server having updated yet, after the server auto-rebooted my old facilities were completely emptied out (0L / 0KG) and I lost everything they had been holding. Cutting the old ones apart dropped nothing out of their cargo either.

Newly constructed facilities work fine.

Why did you even create a "new" and "old" one? They're the same model/size, just convert all old into new automatically.

this was due to block type change from oxygen farm(not have actual inventory) to ship welders(which do have inventory and work better for block base), which would delete your factory on mod update, this was the way to avoid it.

Yeah it seems if the servers are updated at the same time as the players it won't be an issue. I had just hopped on a server right after the update (my client grabbed it automatically) but the server wasn't updated yet, so my game was what broke things.

Shoulda just cut the old one down without looking inside. XD
While this is the best mod out there, I shall consider the items lost a tribute to the nanite gods.
