Add more upgrades on all options
I have a facility with all mining upgrades and it keeps telling me Max Targets reached to add more upgrades ... and won't mine. How do I fix it... This never used to be an issue when I used this mod but now I cant get it to build or mine or clean up or do anything because it's asking for more upgrades. Any help fixing this would be GREAT!

@Darth Nox When I was having this issue the resolution for me was MORE POWER! The factory is power hungry AF. After providing it with a crap ton of power it started working.

Try going into creative and putting like 2 large reactors down on the grid and provide them with uranium and see if they start working.
