They removed all vanila content

The developers have completely abandoned the basic HoI4, and in all major countries (except France and Germany) there are generic focuses. A separate branch of tricks will be added for the majors as soon as they come up with and work it out

That sucks tbh, they could make a separate old version with hoi4 vanilla focuses for majors
