Hey! I played it too and this also happened to me, unified factory seems to be a thing that is not done yet, tho you can access it with research all, one way of not getting the unified factory is to just click on all the researchs manually, or you could "disable" it(more like deleting the research that enables it) in the mod files(i think just go to Documents > Paradox Interactive > Hearts of Iron IV > mod > [ModFolder](normally the mod's id, you can find it in the link of the mod) > common > technologies > universal_factory_hidden_techs), delete that file and, once you do research all, i'm pretty sure it won't disable the normal factories.

thank you so much I was stuck with that factory thing and it made me go back and play again and seeing that again was making me angry thank you
