And BIG Problem 7 still there, this problem means after you replaced trees in map, and nothing information saved in "BOB-config.xml" file, when you loading save and all replaced trees in map back to default.
And after first step did replaced for a item, then click 'Show individual props' and modify replaced item and got error result like change offset, and also can't reset. And the name shows wrong too, for example, correct display like that "[V]XXXX", this error made show "[V]" gone and only name.
(And you need check look all mods with "Harmony 2.0.1" and need to update to new "Harmony 2.0.4")
Please bear in mind that is still *very* early development and most of my planned features aren't in yet.
As you say, 1, 2, and 4 have all been fixed.
3 is on the list, yes. But is quite complex and will take a while (and may not even be feasible in the end).
5 is also on the list.
6 is also on the list.
7 - map tree reversion data is stored in the game savefile, not the config file. This is because it is save-specific, not global, and it currently makes no sense (and will break things) if stored globally. A global replacement option is *likely* at some point in the future; the final state of map tree replacment has not yet been settled (again, lots of complications about how map trees are savegame specific; they're not like building or network trees).
For your subsequent post, I can't comment on your third paragraph without an output log showing what happened, sorry.
This mod does not package Harmony in any version and instead uses (as it should) boformer's Cities Harmony API, so no specific update is required. An update to the packaged Cities Harmony is occuring with version 0.4.3, but just to make clear, mods do *NOT* have to specifically update. There is a lot of misinformation out there about the Harmony update from people who have *no idea* how things actually work.
And when you created BOB mod, "Prop it Up" retired and it can make prop and tree disappear when replaced than 2 at same time.
(By the way, "Prop it Up" did map tree replacement info to .xml and fine. And save info to savefile that's also good for every different map, and also need to think about if unsubscribe mod and broken save or not.)
And the translation was early, so it need to add those in "zh.xml" of 0.4.3.

Yes, Prop It Up had a strange hybrid for recording, which (unfortunately) would occasionally break things. I may end up with something similar, but I'm still mapping out which ways are the most robust and flexible - certainly by the time version 1.0 comes around, *something* will be in that space. Just not sure exactly what yet - it depends on what proves to work best!
You can combine other replacement like change 'building, props, trees' color, open textures from local hard disk to game for replacement with in-game etc......
And this change color not like "Repaint", now "Repaint" change color only got from assets 'Main Bounding Box', that's means some 'Main Bounding Box' of assets is whole building and some assets only like a roof, a wall or a small prop, and can't got better color change.
So, if BOB add the 'Advanced Color Change' function, you can pick any props even trees(Leaves and trunk) in this building to change color, also same way to change textures for them and with "6." suggestion to add also including decal, light etc.......
And also got 'Advanced Texture Change', to export original whatever selected or whole to a png file, and edit it then reload.
Then, BOB will be the best replacement mod.
PS: New 0.4.3, not transparent window by default, and click like 'underground mode' and swicth back the transparent window back.
And "2." problem again. Before start replacement, enabled 'Show individual props' and do replace and adjust offset( '-' and '+' both) and angle( '-' and '+' both), after finished replace then disable 'Show individual props', you will see "2." problem again.

A lot of mods will break if you do the second-load, including BOB (BOB will just be a bit noisier about it than others, who will just fail quietly in the background and slowly break your city).
