Why hasn't this been added yet?
It's been a year since the game came out, but the promotional item hasn't been added. This would have been such a great misc, and I hope it's added in the near future.

Valve please don't forget that YoungHorse wants their promotional item in the game.

Why would there be copyright issues when Young Horses Inc. was the one that put this misc in the workshop? Didn't they put it in the workshop?

The item was added in Scream Fortress VI, there is just no way to obtain it
