Yeah, i'd like to say it's not a problem, but it does change that a bit, especially the colour shapes, scout's arms are usually uncovered.
But that said, at a distance there's almost no difference, and that's what's most important. The only real difference is the jacket adds a bit of bulk, which is only really noticable from up close. And with the clientside mod i made for myself, i've never once needed a second glance, even in the heat of things. So yeah, i don't think it's a huge problem
Asuming scout model is't really changed aka bigger or anything it should't.
but you have to keep in mind that hitboxes will be miss placed if it makes scout actualy bigger.
