First(Reunification of USSR/Zhukov) Some decisions are bugged . When i complete them they will come back and nothing happens .
Second(Japan) idk if there is a way to earn naval xp i start will 0 army no ships to make exercises to earn naval xp and there isnt a template to make one so i use mods or cheat
