I was in a war against the Russian National Republic and the Russian Republic and after i had captured Moscow I had chosen the decision to make it my capitol. Afterwards i did a focus that spawned two divisions at my capitol and instead of spawning in Moscow they spawned in my old capitol of Krasnsoyarsk which was occupied. It then became my capitol and no decision or event ever made Moscow my capitol again after I had reformed the USSR. I tried playing around with the debug decisions to see if there was a solution but there wasn't. Is there anyway I can fix this or is my capitol stuck where it is?
