I love TWR after the Update, a lot of Work and Passion was put into and it show!

Started a new run for the UK and was loving it!

This run was a British Empire Run, to see if the Wings of Change had been fixed for said runs.

Went through the Suez Crisis with the Italians when they took over Egypt and got a revolt in Cypress and put it down! I was loving it!

Yet it seems the issue with the Wind of Change event it still there:

- I have gone down the Empire Route for the UK
- Finished the Focuses
- Have 0% Unrest in all my Colonies
- Denied Madagascar Independence
- Keep the French as a Puppet and pushed them to join the Commonwealth

Yet I still keep getting the Wings of change events and loosing everything in the Empire, I get no choice in trying to hold the Colonies. No War like with Cypress when they try to leave. (And I will point out again, I have not gone down the Wind of Change Tree, I am actively trying to keep the Empire!!!!!)

So, again!

Is this a Bug? Cause if it is its still has not been fixed.

Am I doing something wrong? If so what am I doing wrong?

Is this design? Cause if so, it is again a disappointment and I feel missed opportunity.
