stupid german civil war
The German Civil War is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. You have a huge deficit of materials and the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ toronto accords intervene within like 5 months which is not enough time (and a bunch of rebellion states appearing in germany makes this all the more difficult). it is IMPOSSIBLE to win the civil war in time. make it so that you have an ok amount of supplies when the civil war starts and that the toronto intervenes atleast in one or two years. fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ civil war. who in the hell thought that the toronto can invade germany when the civil war practically starts? come the ♥♥♥♥ on, devs...

I guess if you're unlucky Toronto will invade
Isn't there a truce when they invade tho ? I've seen that once

yeah but half of the time, it doesn't work. plus the ceasefire is useless anyway because the toronto has a million divisions which are weill supplied. your troops aren;t well supplied. you will lose eventually.

Up to luck then i guess
Or you could avoid the german civil war entirely even tho you could consider that gamey and unfunny it would avoid the Toronto problem completely

to be fair GCW isnt that hard if you know what youre doing, military and council both get whole navy and airforce and SS has good divisions

There's an option in the custom game rules to block the Toronto accords from intervening

If you're playing with the SS or tree Wehrmacht, delete german divisions, gg easy.

If you hate the GCW so much then just skip it entirely. Only tried it once and have skipped it every time thereafter. Civil wars are a stupid, nonsensical mechanic that aren't good in the base game or any mod for any country.
