Arcadian Banner Locked Bug
Run details:
Allied Clan - Stygian
Covenant - 16
Artifacts - Cuttlebeard
In the Cliffs of Fallen Soulds, went down a path with Merchant of Magic and Arcadian Banner. Selected Arcadian banner only to get a screen which just says "LOCKED" and no way of continuing the game except by exiting to menu. Repeats each time I loaded the game, was able to continue the run by not clicking the banner and continuing onto the next battle.
(Minor thing I noticed as well is that the banner doesn't get a white outline when you mouseover it like all other banners, merchants, hellvents etc.)

Thanks for the report, I worked a couple hours on this today but wasn't able to resolve it. It seems like going to the main menu and then resuming can cause this issue to occur - the game loads the banner but not the associated units that were supposed to be in it!
