Another minor release,

As promised, loading custom clan mods should be even faster now. Try them all, the game (for me, at least) loads up in about a few seconds compared to 1 minute on V2.2.1.

There are also some bug fixes for all modded content
1) For custom clans card unlocks (if used) didn't work properly. You could still draft a locked card during a run regardless of your clan's XP level.
2) Unlocking cards now don't have missing card image.
