An item or crafting blueprint (of variable stats and rarity obtained from the vanilla game in a loot) for any camouflage jacket will be transformed into a Wardrobe Skins blueprint.

(I believe this only happens with cyan ascend level blueprints but not sure.
Sometimes after loading a save the blueprint becomes an ascend quality crafting blueprint again but its stats are corrupted and reset to default.
